The share of power in difference forms of government called power sharing. In modern democracies, there are 4 forms of power sharing 1. Horizontal power sharing-power is shared among different organ of government. such as legislative ,executive and judiciary. Each organ check the other ,no one exercise unlimited power . 2. Vertical division of power sharing- power is shared among different level of govt.such as between central govt and state government and local government.This system of government is also called federal system of government.
