Natural vegetation
1.  Natural vegetation refers to a planet community which has grown naturally without human aid and has been Left undisturbed by humans for a long time. This is termed as virgin vegetation.
2.  This, cultivated crops  and fruits orchards form part of vegetation but not natural vegetation.
3.  The virgin vegetation which is purely Indian is known as endemic or indigenous species, but those which have come from outside India are termed as exotic plants.
4.  The term Flora is used to denote plants of a particular region or period. Similarly, the species of animals are referred as fauna. This huge diversity in Flora and fauna kingdom is due to the given below.

a. Relief are 
Land :- Land add the natural vegetation directly and indirectly. Fertile Land is generally devoted agriculture and the rough terrain areas where grassland and woodlands develop give shelter to a variety of wildlife.

• Soil:-Soils also vary over space. Different types of Soils support different types of vegetation. The Sandy soils of the desert support cactus and thorny Bushes, while wet marshy and deltaic soil supports mangroves and deltaic vegetation. The hill slopes with some depth of soil have conical trees.

b. Climate
Temperature :- The character and extent of vegetation are mainly determined by the and soil. On the slopes of the Himalayas and the hills of the temperature affects the types of vegetation and its growth, and change it from tropical to subtropical temperature and Alpine vegetation.
• Photoperiod ( sunlight) :- The vegetation of sunlight at different places is due to different in latitude and altitude, season and duration of the day. Due to longer duration of sunlight trees grow faster in summer.

Need for Political institutions

(1)  The government is responsible for ensuring security to the citizen and providing facilities for education and health to all citizens, collect taxes, etc.
(2)  It formulates and implements welfare schemes.
(3)  Some person have to take decisions on how to go about these activities.
(4)  Other have to implement these decisions.
(5)  If disputes arise on these decisions or their implementation, there should be someone to determine what is right what is wrong.
(6)  To attend to these tasks several arrangements have been made in all modern democracies.
(7)   Such arrangement are called institutions. A democracy works well when the institutions perform functions assigned assigned to them.
(8)  The constitution of any country lays down basic rule on the powers and functions of each Institution.
(9)  The Prime Minister and the cabinet are institutions that take are important policies decisions.
(10)  The Civil Servants, working togethers, are responsible for taking steps to implement the minister's decisions.
(11)   The supreme court is an institution where dispute between citizens and government are finally settled.
(12)   Working is institutions is not easy. Institutions involve rules and regulations. This can bind the hand of leaders.
(13)  Institutions involve meetings, committees and routines; this often leads to delays and complications.
(14)  Institution make it is difficult to have a good decision taken very quickly. But they also make it equally difficult to rush through a bad decision. That is why democratic government insist on Institutions.

Balance diet and importance of Balance diet

A diet which consists of all the essential food constituents viz.  proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water in correct proportion is called Balance diet. 
In other words, 'Balance diet' is that diet which consists of various constituents of food in accurate and appropriate quantity and quality according to the requirement of an individual.
In fact every individual does not require same type of diet. It differ from child to child and person to person.
Importance of Balance diet
 For appropriate growth, development and Wellness of a person, the balanced diet has been accepted as the best diet. The balanced diet help in keeping a person healthy and fit. There are various nutrients in such a diet which provide strength and energy to the body and keep away the disease. The required calories can be taken from balance diet. In addition to this, there are different type of nutrients in balanced diet which make the food tasty. These nutrients are beneficial for secreting the gastric  juices in enough amount so that food may be digested properly. The balance diet is helpful in the repair of cell  and tissues of the body. Balance diet is not costly affair. It also increase the immunity power of the body and help in preventing various disease.
