Balance diet and importance of Balance diet

A diet which consists of all the essential food constituents viz.  proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water in correct proportion is called Balance diet. 
In other words, 'Balance diet' is that diet which consists of various constituents of food in accurate and appropriate quantity and quality according to the requirement of an individual.
In fact every individual does not require same type of diet. It differ from child to child and person to person.
Importance of Balance diet
 For appropriate growth, development and Wellness of a person, the balanced diet has been accepted as the best diet. The balanced diet help in keeping a person healthy and fit. There are various nutrients in such a diet which provide strength and energy to the body and keep away the disease. The required calories can be taken from balance diet. In addition to this, there are different type of nutrients in balanced diet which make the food tasty. These nutrients are beneficial for secreting the gastric  juices in enough amount so that food may be digested properly. The balance diet is helpful in the repair of cell  and tissues of the body. Balance diet is not costly affair. It also increase the immunity power of the body and help in preventing various disease.
