What are the three qualities of a leader?

Mahatmaji's greatness lay undoubtedly in the splendour of his personality; but it lay even more so in his great qualities of leadership. The qualities of a leader are, firstly, a clear conception of what has to be done, secondly. of how it can be done; and thirdly capacity to attract men who would help in doing it. Many persons have clear conception of what is to be done; they do not know the art of collecting others round themselves who would help in the good work. No one is so big as to be able to do evervthing himself: and so the mightiest need the assistance of fellow-beings to accomplish what they desire. Mahatma Gandhi fulfilled these qualities of leadership to perfection.
